RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Oscar & Me will happily offer an exchange or refund on full priced items within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges on Afterpay orders, but cannot offer a refund.

Step 1 - Make sure of the following:

  • Items have not been worn or used
  • All tags are still attached
  • Items are in original perfect and clean condition

Step 2 - Email us at hello@oscarand.me with the following info:

  • Order number
  • Item you wish to return
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you would like a refund/exchange

Step 3 - Send your items to the address provided by us:

  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs of your return. This includes exchanged items. 
  • Please use a tracked shipping service, as Oscar & Me is not responsible for lost items.

Step 3 - We will contact you as soon as we have approved your return.

  • Should you choose a refund, we will process the amount to the original method of payment. Depending on your credit card provider, it may take 3-10 business days for refunds to appear in your account.
  • Oscar & Me will exchange your item/s subject to availability. 

FAULTY ITEMS

  • Oscar & Me prides itself on ensuring all items are checked and are of the highest quality. However, if you do have a concern please email us at hello@oscarand.me and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
